I am Anna and I am owner of Nothing Fancy Boutique and your contact for our Brand Rep Program. I am so happy that you have shown interest in our brand representative program. With help from our reps, our boutique can reach new customers and our message of self-love can be shared with a much larger audience. We appreciate our reps and all that they do for us. We want to support them and welcome them into our Nothing Fancy family. I have put together some information regarding our brand rep program. Hopefully, it will be able to explain what we expect from our Brand Reps and what they can expect from us. If becoming a brand rep seems like something that you want to pursue, then fill out the application and we will get back with you soon. What is a Brand Representative?

A Brand Rep is someone who wants to help spread the word about a brand or business that they love and support. They want to share the brand and its message with their family, friends, and followers.

 

What do they do?

A Brand Rep shares a brand’s message and content with others through many channels such as by word of mouth, social media, and more.

They can do this by wearing a brand’s merchandise, talking about it to friends and family, and posting on their social media channels.

Our Brand Reps are also welcomed to create social media posts and share their ideas for the business if they want to. Like we have previously mentioned, we want to include our Brand Reps in as much as we can, and we want to give them the recognition they deserve. After all, our ambassadors are our helping hand.

Qualities Of a Brand Representative

A Brand Rep is someone who:

• genuinely loves and supports the brand.
• wants to share the message of the brand.
• shares the brand’s values.
• upholds high moral standards across their social media channels (no explicit/adult content)
• wants to help the brand reach a wider audience.
• is excited to work with the brand.
• enjoys communicating with others.
• is comfortable with approaching others about the brand.
• is organized.
• is good with time-management.
• can meet deadlines, if needed
• is open to sharing brand-related content on their social media accounts.

 

How it works:

Core Responsibilities

The Brand Rep will either share the brand’s content or create original content to share on their (the brand rep’s) social media accounts. When the brand has a new campaign, makes an announcement, receives new product arrivals, attends an event, etc. the Brand Rep will share the news on their social media accounts by sharing our content or creating your own.

The Brand Rep may be asked to post content including the brand’s products. For instance, if a new product was just released, we may ask you to include the product in a picture and post it to social media with designated hashtags, if applicable.

The Brand Rep will be encouraged to represent the brand’s merchandise or products by wearing the merchandise and/or assisting with giveaways of the brand’s products. Depending on your followers, we may allow you to create a giveaway on your own.

Brand Reps may be asked to purchase the brand’s products occasionally for use in promotional photos and for representing the brand by wearing/using the products. We realize that this costs the Brand Rep, so we have created a few benefits to offset these costs.

Each Brand Rep will serve a three-month term. Our terms are as follows, January 1-March 31, April 1-June 20, July 1-September 30, and October 1-Dacember 31. During these terms, the Brand Rep is required to like, comment, and share content posted on Nothing Fancy Boutique’s Facebook & Instagram. 

 

Discount Codes

 Brand Reps will be given individual discount codes (worth 10% off) to share with others. These codes are to be shared with friends, family, and followers and not to be used by the Brand Rep. It is important to note that these codes are limited to one use per NEW customer, excludes sale items, and cannot be used in conjunction with other coupons. It is the Brand Rep’s responsibility to relay these terms to their followers when sharing their code.

These discount codes are used so that we can give new customers a deal and so that we can keep track of who is influencing the most sales. Our reward program is based on the utilization of these discount codes.

A separate code will be provided to each rep for their personal use.

 

Benefits

As a brand rep you will receive these benefits:

• recognition on our social media and website
• reposts/mentions/tags of your social media.
• a discount code for 20% off full-priced items in-store and through our app and/or website
• participation in our reward program

(earn $1 of store credit for every order that utilizes the discount code that you provide them)

• possibility of receiving free products, if applicable

 

Terms and Conditions

Nothing Fancy Boutique has the power to remove any Brand Rep from the program at any time at its sole discretion. If a rep is removed from the program, the Brand Rep will be notified before the removal, and all permissions will be removed from the Brand Rep including, but not limited to, store credit, social media, and website content, and discount code access. Inappropriate use of discount codes is prohibited.

Brand Reps should not share their personal discount code with anyone and should not falsely use the discount code for their followers. Brand Reps cannot use the discount code that they share with others, themselves to gain extra store credit per our rewards program. Inappropriate use of discount codes results in immediate termination from the program.

If there is an extended period in which the Brand Rep does not participate in communicating, then Nothing Fancy Boutique may drop them from the program. These terms are not all-inclusive and can change at any time. Nothing Fancy Boutique has the final authority regarding what is and is not allowed in the Brand Representative program.
